Delivery & Returns Oliver Diamonds is delighted to offer our Clients FREE UK delivery. Every order is dispatched with The Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This means that each package is fully insured, traceable at all times and cannot be delivered without a signature.
In addition, to make sure that our packages do not get intercepted, all parcels are put together discreetly so that there are no visible clues as to what the package contains. The name Oliver Diamonds is not printed anywhere on the package. A return address using the company abbreviation ‘OD Ltd’ is printed on the pack.
Our Delivery Times:For ‘Ready Made’ items, your delivery is dispatched within 1-2 working days then it is with the Royal Mail Special Delivery, which aim to deliver the next day before 1pm.
For ‘Custom’ or ‘Bespoke’ pieces this will take up to 10 working days to complete and dispatch, days then it is with the Royal Mail Special Delivery, which aim to deliver the next day before 1pm. All details will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Returns & RefundsOliver Diamonds aims for you to have a stress free, pleasurable shopping experience. We hope you will be pleased with all your purchases but should you wish to return anything you have purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange your jewellery piece provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. We only ask that returns are made within 30 days and in original, undamaged packaging.
When returning to Oliver Diamonds, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your package. Your delivery will then be fully insured up to £2,500 so make sure you keep the tracking number, so the item can traced if needs be. Please send any return items to:

For security reasons, we ask that you do not write Oliver Diamonds Ltd on the outside of the box but rather use an abbreviation of the Company’s name ‘OD Ltd’.
Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any personalised or bespoke pieces unless they are faulty as it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. Also, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
